Appointment of Adrian Lopez as Chief Human Resources Officer of Louis Hachette Group

Louis Hachette Group announces the appointment of Adrian Lopez as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

Reporting to General Management, Adrian Lopez will be responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s overall Human Resources strategy, supporting its ambitions for growth, transformation and sustainable performance. He will oversee, coordinate and drive the implementation of this global strategy, including policies relating to talent development, leadership, corporate culture, labour relations, remuneration and employee engagement, across all the Group’s operating divisions, in collaboration with their respective Human Resources departments.

Prior to joining Louis Hachette Group, Adrian Lopez served as Corporate HR Director at CEVA Logistics. With more than twenty years of experience in human resources within international groups, he previously held senior HR leadership positions at Bolloré Logistics, XPO Logistics (formerly Norbert Dentressangle), Segula Technologies and Gras Savoye. A graduate of the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS), he has extensive expertise in organisational transformation, talent development and supporting executive teams.
