First dividend distribution for Louis Hachette Group.

Louis Hachette Group has distributed a dividend of €0.06 per share, in accordance with its announcement in November 2024 to distribute, in 2025, at least 85% of the dividends received as the controlling shareholder of Lagardère SA and sole shareholder of Prisma Media. This distribution policy aims at maximizing value creation for its shareholders by gradually deleveraging the Lagardère Group and Implementing steady dividend distributions to shareholders, while preserving its ability to pursue growth opportunities in line with its strategic objectives.
