Louis Hachette Group would like to inform its shareholders that Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS), 32, rue du Champ de Tir, CS 30812 – 44308 Nantes Cedex 3 – FRANCE, has been selected to manage shareholder registration services for registered shares, replacing Uptevia from 26 January 2026.

A notice of appointment of a registered share custodian was published on 21 January 2026 in the French legal gazette (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires).

From 26 January 2026, SGSS will be ready to assist Louis Hachette Group shareholders with all transactions relating to their shares. Shareholders will be able to track and manage their share portfolios via the secure Sharinbox website https://sharinbox.societegenerale.com, which allows them to submit instructions, view their holdings and update their personal details.

Registered shareholders will receive communications from SGSS directly by e-mail or by post, as applicable, and are invited to log on to the Sharinbox website now to check and update their personal details and consult the securities account agreement setting out the practical terms and conditions for managing their registered account.

In the event of non-receipt of the e-communications, shareholders having provided an e-mail address are invited to check their spam and junk e-mail folders and deactivate, if any, their spam filter for such communications.

For assistance when logging in to the Sharinbox website for the first time or for any future requests, shareholders can contact the SGSS telephone service as follows:

• from today until 31 March 2026: the Nomilia customer relations centre dedicated to Louis Hachette Group, available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Paris time) on +33 (0)2 51 85 65 85 (standard rate number). This dedicated Nomilia number will no longer be active after 31 March 2026.
• from 1 April 2026: the standard Nomilia Customer Relations Centre, available on +33 (0)2 51 85 67 89 (standard rate number), Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Paris time).

Louis Hachette Group invites its registered shareholders to download and save their document history available on ‘UPTEVIA INVESTORS’ transactional platform before 23 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time), after which the platform will no longer be accessible. However, shareholders will retain access to the Uptevia website to consult their documents and information until the end of June 2027.

At the beginning of 2027, Uptevia will send to the shareholders whose tax residence is in France a French tax declaration (“Imprimé fiscal unique” (“IFU”)) summarizing all their operations realized during the period from January 1st, 2026 to January 23, 2026 inclusive.
